Overview

By purchasing artwork from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all sales of original paintings by Mackenzie.

Original Artwork

All paintings are original, one-of-a-kind pieces. Due to the handmade nature of the work, slight variations, textures, and imperfections are part of the artwork and are not considered faults.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. As each artwork is unique, returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes will be calculated at checkout. While care is taken to package artworks securely, Mackenzie is not responsible for delays or damage once the artwork has been shipped.

Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. Each case will be reviewed individually.

Copyright & Usage

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Mackenzie. Purchasing a painting does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or commercially use the artwork in any way.
